At Sole Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our returns policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Sale items and limited-edition releases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and respond within 2โ3 business days.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
